Up til now, my best knowledge source when it comes to computer problems is my brother. Any problems he always seem to have his way to fix it. But because we are in two different places now, it's hard sometimes to reach him when I desperately need help.
Today I made some new friends who are experts in computer hardwares and definitely know how to fix my computer problems. They are available 24 hours and with the direct dial, I can reach them instantly. They talk to me in super polite manner and remember to call me back and check if everything is alright.
They are the Dell customer and technical supports.
