These days I've been experiencing minor pain in my right shin. Same thing happened long time ago when I was doing plyometric training. At that time I didn't have the knowledge to deal with the injury, so I stopped the training, had my legs healed and due to many reasons, I never came back to the jump training again.
I think the pain I have now is probably due to the same reason; overworking on my legs. What I need now is to rest my legs, but at the same time, keep my training but in a minor manner. Focus more on upper body rather than lower body for a while. Once the legs are back in shape, I can then back to my regular schedule again.
