Today I attended one beginner seminar for stock trading in Machida. Although it was titled a beginner's stock trading seminar for seniors, everyone was welcomed to attend, so I signed up for it. Therefore, as expected, I was the youngest of the group. Most of the attendees were between 50 ~ 60 years old, but that was ok, because we were all beginners when it comes to stock trading.
The class was very useful and gave me an even more clear understanding of the overall stock market. It was totally easier to learn from the seminar. Not only I learned the technical terms for the Japanese stock market, I was also taught how to read the graph and so on. Now I finally know what people are talking about in the business news and what those charts and numbers are all about. It was a good start for me to begin my investment.
Besides the seminar, I felt reluctant to get up this morning. I woke up very early but decided to stay in bed almost until noon. This kind of reluctance happens to me once in a while. It's not good because by not getting up when I am supposed to, it has an negative effect on my energy level for the entire day. The low energy level showed in my workout this afternoon. Though I managed to finish the weight training at desired weights, I felt tired through out. My inner right shin was hurting because of overworking it on Sunday, so I changed the usual run to a light bike riding session. Other than that, the whole work out didn't feel motivated at all.
So I thought I will study my own behavior scientifically. From today, I'll jot down my energy level everyday and organize it into a graph or chart, and review my pattern every two weeks to see if there's a pattern and what seems to be affecting my mood.
Maybe something like this :
weather : sunny / warm
get up early : NO
energy level : low
time to bed : 2:30am
and let's see how it goes.
