Today I had an appointment with one of my bank's manager. We were supposed to discuss about my questions regarding of the investment plans they offered me last week. However, I showed up unprepared and was still not fully understand about the whole idea they threw at me last week.
Though the guy and his assistant were kindly explaining the whole concept to me again and in better details this time, I felt guilty not doing my studies beforehand. I should have done my homework and then I will be able to ask more detailed questions about the investment plans they offered me.
Showing up unprepared is better than not showing up at all; however, it was embarrassing. I think I let them down and let myself down. Sigh.
Well, after all these, with their great help, this time I did know more about the investment concepts and ideas they threw at me from last week. So, I still learned something from today's meeting nonetheless.
