Food is energy but how to cut down body fat?

In about a month and half, I've successfully cut my weight from 72kg down to 69kg now, and most importantly, I'm losing my weight in a healthy manner. My body is in good shape, my left shoulder pain is gone, and my lower back is getting stronger and not hurting anymore. My goal this year is to have my body fat below 10%, which seems a bit challenging, but I'm sure I'll find a way to accomplish that.

Today I had only cereals for my lunch, and I felt my energy level was low when I was doing my workout. Back then I used to think that eating more means more work to cut down the calories, so I sometimes hesitated to consume food. However, nowadays I realized that eating healthy is vital to a person's energy level. Without regular meals, the body does not have enough power to sustain heavy workouts.

So, I'm gonna keep eating a lot. But now the question is, how can I cut down my body fat if I keep eating? I feel that my body fat has been staying at 16% for quite a while and not changing much. Am I too anxious to see the result or is there something I don't know?
