Anderson's Dilemma #1

Today I bought the advance ticket to the movie "The Dark Knight." My second time actually, because there were many things I didn't quite get in my first viewing. So, I got to the theatre 20 mins earlier and I noticed that today was the theatre's "Men's day", which means only 1,000yen for every gentleman on this day. Usually if you buy the tickets in theatre, the adult price is 1,800yen and 1,300yen for late show (after 8pm). Advance tickets usually range from 1,200 ~ 1,300yen, depends on the location you buy the tickets. So, here comes the dilemma, I bought the advance ticket for 1,300yen hoping that I can save 500yen and get a beautiful advance ticket stub. But tonight the movie is only 1,000yen, and if I use my advance ticket, it feels like I lose 300yen instead.

Since I didn't have much time to decide, I kept the advance ticket and bought the 1,000yen ticket for the show. My idea was to save the advance ticket so that I can either sell it to someone else or if I want to come see it again, not to have to wait til the men's day, I will save 500yen off the regular ticket price. Therefore, as for today, I saved 800yen.

So, what would you do if you were me?
