Too many things to handle?

For this new project I am working on, there are many things that I am not familiar with and will have to learn quickly to be effective in the work process. First I have to switch the platform from pc to mac, then I have to learn Final Cut Pro. Once I've done those things, I have to design title pages and bridge pages and do some 3D effects for the main page (without 3D softwares...) And, just when I thought that I'll have some buffer time to learn more about the software, starting this weekend, I have to go look for a new place to move into and my dad is coming tomorrow to help out the house searching.

The quality of the project is not high, but I want to do my best on it and make it look good. Is there too many things to handle that I am simply overwhelmed or is it just that I'm too concerned about making a master piece and putting too much unnecessary pressure on myself?

Maybe I just need to take an afternoon off and come up with a schedule first to sort things out, then probably the whole thing will not be as difficult as I thought.
