Negotiation is something that I've never been comfortable with. It's all easy if you have what other people desperately want. But it's not so easy if it's the other way around. Even if you are in the driver seat, sometimes you still have to be prepared to know that you might lose what you are bargaining for. Unless you are not so much an egoist.
Negotiation is a mind game which will take time and energy, and it's a skill that I will soon need to learn and apply.
