oh man, it's been a while since my last blog. Work has been pretty darn challenging lately. Lots of over times, sometimes even over nights. Frustrated at times, but feeling rewarded once in a while. When everything is on track and the team is working well, that's really all it matters.Thanks to the over nights at work, my life is back to the bad cycle once again. Biological clock is totally messed up. Because of that, my everyday-40-push ups has been temporarily stopped for now, because i just don't have the energy to do it after work. However, I still manage to workout once a week and keep up with the new basketball team practice every Sunday. Well, not bad eh? :D
And just this week I've developed a new short workout program. When work has gotten busy and there's no time to go through my usual workout routine, i just do something easy, make sure i work my legs, lower back, and arms and then call it a day. It takes no more than an hour and i can still keep up my physical condition. Also, i can use the free shower in the gym. It's really convenient if i stay over night at work. (^o ^)v ho ho ho!!
3 more weeks to go before i wrap up this project. Can't wait.
* photo of the pool in the gym (Tipness Shibuya) that i go regularly nowadays. I don't know if they really light up the pool at night, because I haven't had a chance to use the pool yet :P
